Our principal business is the construction and operation of a trans-Nicaragua petroleum pipeline system (Pipeline Project) and a fiber optic communications system (Telecom Project). 

The pipeline’s function is to expedite transport of petroleum products and Orimulsion from Caribbean basin producers to the rapidly growing energy markets in Asia .  It is anticipated that the pipeline will reduce the current transit time of oil shipments from Venezuela to China and Japan by approximately 23 and 28 days respectively, thereby reducing shipping costs significantly. For additional information about his project, please select Pipeline Project on the left.

The fiber optic system will be built along the Pan-American Highway running from borders of Honduras and El Salvador to Costa Rica. This fiber optic backbone will be interconnected with existing fiber and complete a fiber route reaching from Mexico to Panama, replacing the antiquated microwave system in use today. A second fiber-optic cable will be constructed parallel to the trans-Nicaraguan pipeline, completing a "fiber loop" for servicing Central America.
